Action Consolidation

Allows viewing or defining Text Message for the current Action ID (record / row) of the current Consolidated Action. The radio-user may execute a Consolidated Action with the Action Consolidation selection defined on the trigger of Subscriber Unit (SU) entry/exit the Mission Critical Geofence.
